Quality policy
Quality is an important topic at Axiom IC. For example, all our specifications and designs are thoroughly reviewed before tape-out. Our strict quality standards have contributed to the fact that all of our first tape-outs were functionally correct and most already met the full specifications. Our method of working creates a high level of customer confidence and reduces time to market. Axiom IC has significant in-house experience at introducing new quality systems to its customers. This experience has enabled Axiom IC to create a culture of 'thinking before acting' and always being in a proactive frame of mind.
One of the most important values at Axiom IC is the quality of our design. Therefore, all our projects are executed according to our quality system. This system contains five toll-gates. A toll-gate is passed when the appropriate designs and documentation are in place and have been reviewed.
Communication in a development project is essential for a good understanding of the targets and to share the progress. Axiom IC prefers to have regular meetings with the customer to ensure the best result.
